BUILDING ENGINEER
The Majestic Theatre seeks an enthusiastic and qualified candidate with a flexible schedule to fill the full time position of Building Engineer. The Building Engineer repairs and maintains the Majestic Theatre building and equipment by performing a variety of tasks including:

● Carrying tools, equipment and other materials to and from storage and working areas
● Maintains HVAC equipment in conjunction with contracted vendors
● Cleans work area, tools and equipment
● Prepares theatre for wheel chair patrons
● Performs routine maintenance duties as assigned
● Repairs or assists with repairs in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
● Dismantle, assemble and install industrial machinery
● Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and equipment
● Some carpentry work, light construction and painting
● Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
● Abide by safety regulations and company policies

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
● The ability to work a varying schedule of days, nights, and weekends.
● Three to six months related experience and/or training
● Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
● The ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
